Each Applicant must book own appointment only from the BLS official Website.
Please, note that you need to apply for a visa at least 30 days prior to your intended travel date. Each visa application is considered individually, so, in connection with this, a processing time can be extended up to 45 calendar days.
DEAR APPLICANTS
Please note that appointments for submission of documents are available free of charge at the visa Center.
Visa Center offers additional value added services which are optional.
Please make sure that all necessary documents are in the submission package. In case of absence or errors, applicants will be required to re-register for another day as per available slots. If required, applicants can avail themselves of Prime Time service.
We recommend utilizing additional services such as making of photocopies, printing, and photos those provided by BLS in order to avoid unnecessary errors when submitting the documents.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
No travel agencies or tour operators are currently accredited by the Consulate of Spain in San Petersburg for submitting visa applications on behalf of the applicants.

LLC «BLS International RU» carries out its activity of collecting Visa Applications EXCUSIVELY within the premises of the Visa Application Centers. All the additional Value-Added Services are also provided within the Visa Application Centers.
BLS Employee must provide receipt for all the services availed and paid at BLS Spain Visa Application Centre. Please write to feedback.rcis@blsinternational.net if you have not received receipt for any payments made in the Spain Visa Application Centre.
