• Payments are accepted only in rubles.
• There are no preferential categories. Each applicant, regardless of social status, pays visa and service fees.
• "The value in rubles is subject to changes associated with fluctuations in the exchange rate (euro/ruble)".
• When applying for a visa through the BLS Visa Application Center the service fee of the Visa Application Center is additionally charged (1,381 rubles).

All foreign documents must be legalized or apostilled, and if they are written in a language other than Spanish, they must be accompanied by a corresponding translation.

1. National Visa Application Form. The applicant must complete all sections and sign the visa application form. If the applicant is a minor, the form must be signed by one of their parents or guardians, or a duly authorized representative.

2. Photograph. Two color photographs against a white background, taken full-face, without sunglasses, glare, or clothing obscuring the oval of the face.

3. Valid Passport. You must provide the original and a full photocopy of all current passports, including the one used to submit the application. The passport must be valid for at least one year and have two blank pages. Passports issued more than 10 years ago will not be accepted.

4.- A photocopy of all pages of your regular passport. For Russian citizens only.

5.- Work from 91 to 180 days: Document confirming an employment or professional relationship with the company hiring or transferring the specialist.

Work for more than 180 days: Work and residence permit issued by the Department of Large Companies and Strategic Groups (UGE).

6.- Work from 91 to 180 days: Documentation confirming the specialist's participation in a production project in the audiovisual sector or an artistic performance before an audience or intended to be recorded for broadcast through the media. This document must indicate the duration of the planned activity, which cannot exceed 180 days.

7.- Certificate of no criminal record. Applicants who have reached the age of majority must provide the original and a copy of a certificate of no criminal record issued by their country or countries of residence within the last 5 years. This certificate must be translated and legalized. Certificates issued in the Russian Federation, Belarus, Armenia, and Uzbekistan must have a Hague Apostille. Certificates issued in Turkmenistan must be signed by a diplomatic representative of the relevant consulate in the Russian Federation.

Certificates of no criminal record must be certified with a Hague Apostille. However, if the certificate is issued to a citizen of the European Union by the authorities of the Member State of which they are a citizen, an apostille is not required. You can find a list of countries that have signed the Hague Convention.

If the country in which the applicant has resided for the last five years is not a party to the 1961 Hague Convention, the certificate of no criminal record must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country, and then by the Spanish consulate in that country. The certificate of no criminal record must be accompanied by a translation into Spanish (if the original is not in Spanish). The translation must be done by a sworn translator or a legal translator Licensed at the consulate.

8.- Work from 91 to 180 days: Health insurance. Original and a copy of a public or private health insurance certificate issued by an insurance company authorized to operate in Spain. The insurance must cover all risks covered by the Spanish public healthcare system.

9.- Proof of residence within the consular district. Visa applications may be submitted by citizens and legal residents of the consular district in which they reside. Method of proof of residence:

• Citizen of the Russian Federation. Internal passport.
• Citizens of other countries under our jurisdiction: international passport.
• Citizens of other countries residing within our consular district. Residence permit.

10. Permission obtained from legal representatives. If the applicant is a minor, the original and a copy of a notarized declaration with a Hague Apostille from the parents or guardians authorizing the minor's transfer to Spain must be provided, with the document identifying the person responsible for the minor in Spain. The documents must be accompanied by an official translation into Spanish and a legalization of the translation.

11. Visa fee payment. The visa fee is mandatory and must be paid upon submission of the application. Fees are paid in local currency and are regularly updated depending on exchange rate fluctuations.

Documents required for family members

• If the applicant is a relative of an audiovisual industry professional, they must provide documentation proving the relationship and, where applicable, financial dependence, under the same conditions as for other visa applications regulated by Law 14/2013.
• Furthermore, in this case, the professional must provide documentation proving they have sufficient financial means or a source of income to support their family members. This can be supported by an employment contract or documentation proving the professional relationship. At a minimum, the available means or expected income must be equivalent to 150% of the IPREM (Spanish income tax) for the main applicant and one family member. To this amount, 50% of the IPREM (Spanish income tax) must be added for each remaining family member.

If necessary, to evaluate the application, the consular section may request additional documents or information and may invite the applicant for an in-person interview.

Photo Specifications

Please, submit your Application form with the new photo format, as explained below:

• The photograph MUST be in colour and have only a white background.
• The photograph must have been taken within the last six months.
• The photograph must be submitted glued to the application form.
• The photo submitted must measure: 3.5 cms x 4.5 cms with the head centred in the frame. The head (measured from the top of the hair to the bottom of the chin) should measure about 3 cms.
• The photograph must be a full-face front view in which the visa applicant is facing the camera directly.
• In general, the applicant's head, including both face and hair, should be shown from the crown of the head to the tip of the chin on top and bottom and from hairline side-to-side. It is preferable that ears be exposed.

Please follow these instructions carefully. If the photograph presented do not meet these requirements your application will be considered incomplete.
